Nintendo announced on twitter that Dr. Mario World is going to be available to download on iOS and Android on July 10th. They also gave us some more information about the games as well, the game is gonna be free but it will have some microtransactions.

You can pre-register now and and start playing Dr. Mario World right away. This is available for both the Play Store and the App Store. The full game itself should be available on July 10th.
In the puzzlegame players have to use pills to defeat some virusses. The game will be free-to-play but has a lot of microtransactions. Those arrive in the form of Diamonds that players can use to continue to play the game or to defeat more virusses at the same time. There are a total of 5 worlds in the game, but according to Nintendo they will add more later on. Dr. Mario is not the only playable Nintendo character, you can also play as characters like Dr. Peach, Dr. Yoshi and Dr. Toad. Every character has his own uniqe skill that you can use in the game.
