Completed “Into The Pitt”
This downloadable content (DLC) begins when you receive a distress signal from Wernher, who urges you to head to the Radio Tower and assist him. Upon your arrival at the Tower, the task at hand involves eliminating a group of Pitt Raiders to safeguard Wernher. Following a brief conversation, he instructs you to acquire a slave outfit, allowing you to blend in with the other enslaved individuals within the Pitt.
Securing the outfit presents no significant challenge. In close proximity lies a slaver camp where, after neutralizing the raiders, you should discover a Slave Pen Key on one of the deceased. Use the key to access the pen and obtain the outfit from a deceased slave. At this juncture, Wernher materializes and proposes that you accompany him through a tunnel leading into the Pitt.
Prior to embarking, prudent preparation is advised, given the scarcity of resources within the Pitt. It is imperative to stock up on an ample supply of Stimpaks, health-restorative items, ammunition, and to not overlook Rad-X and Rad Away, as certain areas are heavily irradiated.
Upon your arrival, simply trail Wernher, necessitating the elimination of raiders en route until reaching a gate. At this juncture, Wernher halts and communicates that he can progress no further, directing you to seek out an individual named Midea. You are then tasked with traversing a perilous bridge that leads into the city, fraught with mines and various traps. Upon successfully crossing to the opposite side, you arrive at a gate demarcating the Downtown section of the Pitt.
At this point, the quest mandates shedding your possessions and exclusively wearing the Slave Outfit, resulting in the guards confiscating all belongings. Subsequent to this, you may proceed through the doorway, earning you the associated trophy.

Completed “Unsafe Working Conditions”
Upon entering the Downtown area, simply follow the designated marker guiding you to Midea. Once you locate her, the journey continues together as you proceed to her residence. Following the ensuing conversation, you will be bestowed with the iconic weapon, the Auto Axe. Subsequently, your task involves entering the Mill, where your objective is to gather a mere 10 steel ingots. Notably, this is where you have the opportunity to acquire the “Mill Worker” trophy for successfully amassing all 100 ingots.
Upon delivering the ingots, circle back to Midea, who will then usher you out of her abode to partake in a public address. Following the conclusion of the speech, make your way back to the Mill and seek out Faydra. Here, you’ll have the chance to enlist for combat in the arena known as the Hole. A trio of battles awaits, none of which pose significant difficulty. Upon triumphing in the final match, exit the Hole. Subsequently, a Slaver will approach you, engaging in conversation. The culmination of this discourse will mark the moment of earning your trophy.
|Free Labor |
Completed “Free Labor”
This trophy can sometimes exhibit glitches, so it’s advisable to save your progress prior to attempting the completion of this quest.
Following the conclusion of your conversation with the Slaver, a locker containing your belongings will be positioned in front of you. Retrieve and re-equip your possessions, then proceed to locate Ashur in his office within the Haven. Subsequently, engage in a conversation with his spouse. At this juncture, you are presented with two options:
- Align yourself with Ashur’s perspective, culminating in the elimination of Wernher.
- Choose to side with Wernher, involving the theft of the Cure and the demise of Ashur.
For the sake of this guide, let’s consider the path of siding with Ashur, as it’s the less complex route. Your task here is to locate Midea in her residence. You can either eliminate her and retrieve a note from her person or persuade her to extract information from her concerning Wernher’s whereabouts. Once you possess this information, proceed to the Steelyard and confront Wernher within his hideout. Dispatching him is a viable option, or alternatively, if you possess the Black Widow perk, you can convince him to depart from the Pitt.
With Wernher dealt with, return to Ashur to claim your rewards. This accomplishment marks the moment when your trophy achievement will be earned.
