First Impressions
I’ve always loved these kinds of games. Give me a game like this, and I’ll be entertained for hours. When I first started this one, it felt a bit odd. Still, I decided to play without jumping to conclusions.
Soon enough, I ran into a few bugs, but I didn’t let that ruin the fun right away. The game gave me a House Flipper vibe, but with a spooky ghost theme. And honestly, that’s a great and (for me) fresh concept. I had high expectations for this game.

Funny enough, while writing this review, I found out that House Flipper itself is getting a Scooby-Doo DLC, planned for release in October 2025. If you already own House Flipper, that might be a fun alternative to check out.
Gameplay and Feel
Aside from the bugs, I found some things to be very unclear. Compared to House Flipper, this game just didn’t grab my attention. After about 30 minutes, I started losing interest and had to force myself to keep playing. That was really disappointing.

Like other simulation games, this one is about renovation, but it’s much simpler and feels like the game is doing most of the work for you. That said, this isn’t your average home renovation game. You’re dealing with ghosts that need to be driven out. Sometimes it’s just a matter of capturing them, but other times you’ll need to draw magic circles or perform rituals. The game has a spooky atmosphere, but it’s not actually scary. Each house has its own little story.
Final Thoughts
I don’t think it’s a bad game at all, but it feels incomplete, as if it was rushed to release.
My advice is to try the demo first. I’m not sure how long the demo is, but it’s a good way to test the mechanics and see if this game is your thing. It’s definitely a game you need to try for yourself before you know whether it’s right for you.

What really disappointed me was that the game felt boring and played out after just half an hour. But that doesn’t mean it will be the same for you. I really tried to enjoy it, but it just didn’t click with me. Such a shame, because the game definitely had potential.
Conclusion
A creative and promising concept that sadly feels underdeveloped. Worth a try if you’re curious, but don’t expect long-lasting excitement. Try the demo first to see if it’s your kind of game.
