At Gamescom, we got invited by the great people from It’s Only Money to check out their game. We have also received the full game, so we will also write a full review at a later date. If you are interested in the game, don’t forget to put it on ur wishlist on Steam.
For this game, we couldn’t play ourselves, but the devs explained the game to us and showed it off themselves, so I on the controls and more in-depth I sadly can’t in the preview. That doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy my time, because the game was still a lot of fun to see. The game is a lot like Saints Row but simplified, everything you do is about getting more money to build your empire so you can get even more money! there was this place they showed off where you could do snail racing and bet on them, also to make more money.
The game was just filled with mini-games and things to collect and find out, it really felt like one of those more classic open-world games where the side activities actually mattered. It also had this House Flipper type mechanic where you could make your own room and place the stuff you bought or stole to up the value of the property as well. Overall, the game just seemed very fun and they showed off a lot, and there really was so much, it got me really excited to try out the game myself, something that I hope to do very soon!
