Introduction:
Welcome to Lords of the Fallen Trophy Guide! this game is an action RPG similar to Dark/Demon’s Souls, but with slower and paced combat. You will impersonate Harkyn, a convicted criminal, but the only hope for a corrupted world ruled by a fallen god. The game is developed by Deck13 and CI Games.
Roadmap:
To ease your way and speed up your playthroughs for the platinum trophy, there are a lot of glitches you can exploit to become strong right at the beginning of the game. There is a glitch to cheese the final boss too. However, if you don’t want to use them, you will need 3 playthroughs to get this platinum trophy:
- New Game
- New Game+
- New Game++ (brand new game recommended)
Attribute Point Glitch

Health Potion Glitch

Final Boss Fight Glitch

: charge attack ( used to break enemy guards and breakable walls of the secret rooms)
- dual-wielded weapon +
: kick. (needed for the
This! Is! Keystone! trophy).
Tips & Strategies
- WARNING: the game can crash at any time and can corrupt your save file. Remember to do a frequent backup saves during your playthroughs.
- it’s better to start a whole new game instead of doing an NG++ run to make the game easier. There are no trophies related to NG++ too.
- The best Strength weapon in the game is the Codex Greatsword which you get in the Treasure Chamber portal after the Infiltrator boss fight or as a rare drop from the Bulwarks enemies.
- You can grind up the rune you want by saving the game BEFORE unsealing it then quit the game and reload the game if you don’t get the type you are searching for. The best type of rune is the Flawless Luck Rune.
- You have an enemy kill multiplier that resets every time you go to a checkpoint. If you want to farm a lot of XP, try to keep this multiplier for a long time.
- Try to combat one enemy at a time and in wide spaces where you can move around because it can be difficult to manage in little spaces and with more enemies. Use your shield to block and to counterattack. The best way to use your Gauntlet is with Projectile because of long-range damages.
- During your playthroughs, you will find many items named Small sealed runes and Big sealed runes. Small runes can be found in chests or as a drop from enemies (the better your luck attribute is, the more runes you can find from enemies), Big runes can be found as a drop from bosses. Before you can use these runes, you need to open them: to do it go to an anvil and speak with the blacksmith. After that, you can equip them into a lot of types of equipment. To increase the quality of the rune, you can use your gained experience. (it’s recommended to spend 500XP for the small one and 1000XP for the big one). Small sealed runes unlock lesser, common and higher runes, Big sealed runes unlock higher and flawless runes. These items are used to unlock some particularly closed doors too.
- During your playthroughs, you will find some pressure plates that unlock closed doors. when you press them there will be a short time to get to the relative door. To increase the time, press it, use the Patience spell on the pressure plate and go to the door. This spell spawns a clone that remains on the pressure plate and guarantees enough time to get into the locked door and take the treasures inside.
- During your runs, especially during NG, it’s better to take a lot of time to explore and to farm experience to level up and upgrade all the pieces of equipment. In this way, you will ease your next two runs.
- During Voids Portals, make sure to hear a conclusion sound (like the one you hear when you complete the main quests) to make it count. Loot all the three chests in Treasure Portals to make it count. After completing the last round in Proving Grounds Portals (three rounds each one) make sure to go in the middle of the arena to redeem the treasure chest and to make it count.
100% Walkthrough (All Collectables)
Here is a fantastic Playlist of the game 100% completed to use in order to get all collectibles
Credits and big thanks to 只是笨鳥.
There are three types of magic and every type is related to one trophy:
- If you choose the Solace Magic tree you will unlock
Way of the Cleric.
- If you choose the Deception Magic tree you will unlock
Way of the Rogue.
- If you choose the Brawling Magic tree you will unlock
Way of the Warrior.
After the creation of your PG (there is no customization), you have to learn the controls and get used to a slower combat system than the other souls-like.
Here you can proceed in two ways:
- Doing a blind run without caring about missable trophies and enjoying a good game until the final boss.
- Following this guide for the missable trophies and for the collectibles.
If you choose to do it the first way, all the missable trophies can be obtained in the New Game+. In both methods, on your way to the final boss, you have to level up and you can start to collect some audio notes (Refer to the By the Book trophy). Before the final boss, do all three types of portals to get good pieces of equipment (Refer to the
Treasure left alone,
Are You not entertained?,
No one can hear You Scream trophies for more details).
Note: It’s widely recommended that you go for those two missable trophies too, Take my Hand and
Extra Strong, because you will get an upgraded version of the health potion and it will ease your next two playthroughs.
There are three endings too and every ending is related to one trophy. Choose which one you think is better for you and remember it because in your next run, you need to do another one. If you wish, you can put a USB pen drive in your ps4 and do a backup of your save before the final boss and get all three endings in the first stage:
Faith is Weakness: If you choose to put the Rune of Adyr on your weapon.
God is Dead: If you choose to put the Rune of Adyr on your armor.
Whole World in his Hands: If you choose to give the Rune of Adyr to the blacksmith.
During your first step, you will unlock these trophies (Though all three classes and ending trophies are listed you will unlock just one of them):

Step 2: New Game+
At the beginning of your next run, you have to select a new magic tree that you haven’t selected before. While collecting all collectibles and doing all three types of portals, you may focus on the missable trophies too if you haven’t done them before.
Keep in mind that all the items, except for the quest items, will be in your inventory and all collectibles collected before will remain. At the end of the second run, select another ending and prepare for your last run.
In this run, you will earn these trophies (All three classes and all the three ending trophies are listed, but you will unlock just one of them):

Step 3: New Game ++ (Brand new game recommended)
This will be your last run for this game. Now you should be really familiar with this game, so select your last magic tree and speedrun (if you want) through the main story until the end and be sure to select your last ending. If you missed some trophies, go for it and when you have completed the game for the third time, the platinum trophy will be yours. Congratulations!
In this run, you will earn these trophies (All three classes and all the three ending trophies are listed, but you will unlock just one of them):
Lord and Judges
Way of the Cleric
Way of the Rogue
Way of the Warrior
God is Dead
Faith is Weakness

![]() ![]() Find 60 audio notes |
There are eighty-four Audio Notes in the game, but for this trophy, you only need to collect sixty of them. Most of them can be collected during your first run, some of them can only be found in NG+. There are two types of Audio notes:
- Most of them can be found on the ground as Scrolls;
- Some of them can be found as wall encryptions but you will need The Stone of Divine Understandings given by Yetka to translate them.

![]() ![]() Defeat any Boss without taking damage |
This trophy can be hard on your first playthrough because you don’t know the patterns of the bosses so it’s widely recommended to do it on NG+. The easiest boss for this trophy is the first one. Below there is a video with a good strategy on how to do it:

![]() ![]() Collected 9 Tyrant Hearts |
Tyrant Hearts are found in gold jars. You will find these vases in proximity to a Tyrant enemy. In order to kill a Tyrant, you have to find and collect his heart first because if you try to kill him, he will regenerate to full life. If you can’t find the jar you can try to kill him and when it is almost dead you will see a red shah: this is the life that comes from the jar so follow it to find the heart, collect it and kill the Tyrant definitively.
There are more than nine hearts during the game, here is a list in chronological order:
1 | Rhogar Realm, you will find the heart to the left walking through a gate. (from 18:45 First visit to Rhogar Realm) |
2 | Rhogar Realm, Abandoned Range, you will find the heart where there are two Archers on a cliff. (from 49:20 First visit to Rhogar Realm) |
3 | Rhogar Realm, after pulling a lever that opens a big door go left down the and down the stairs. The heart is behind the Tyrant (from 54:00 First visit to Rhogar Realm) |
4 | Rhogar Realm, after the boss fight with The Infiltrator, go to the left of the Crippled Rhogar, and up the stairs until you find an Archer. The heart is in the corner behind other vases. (from 1:10:35 First visit to Rhogar Realm) |
5 | Rhogar Realm, after the boss fight with The Beast. Return to the portal, across the Bridge between Dimension, you will find the heart on the left. (from 2:45 Chamber of Lies 1/2) |
6 | Rhogar Realm, after opening the gate where Yetka and flying stones are, enter the gate and you will face a Tyrant and two Golems. The heart is on the right. ( from 38:30 Chamber of Lies 1/2) |
7 | Rhogar Realm, after defeating The Guardian boss. Enter the Void Portal (see ![]() |
8 | Rhogar Realm, you can find the heart in the corner in front of the checkpoint where there is a First Warden double. (from 15:50 Chamber of Lies 2/2) |
9 | Rhogar Realm, after defeating the Guardian, proceed through the door into the area with the Tyrant and the Spellcaster and make your way up to some stairs and into a room with an Apparition and another Tyrant. The heart is located near the Apparition. (from 35:25 Chamber of Lies 2/2) |
10 | Rhogar Realm, right after the ninth Tyrant Heart, go back and jump to the other side of the corridor, open the door and the heart is at the end of the corridor (from 37:00 Chamber of Lies 2/2) |
11&12 | Rhogar Realm, after you defeated The Annihilator, two Tyrants will spawn where you challenged The Infiltrator. The hearts are on the two sides of the arena. (from 1:19:10 Chamber of Lies 2/2) |
Notes:
- You must collect all nine Tyrant Hearts in one playthrough because they are listed as Quest items so they don’t carry over in other runs.
- Get the trophy BEFORE giving four Tyrant hearts to the Injured Monk for the upgraded Health Potion (Refer to
Extra Strong trophy for more details).
Refer to the 100% Walkthrough playlist located in the Roadmap section of this guide to get more details about their locations.

During your second visit to Keystone Citadel, you will find other Human Skulls that are not required for the trophy if you followed this guide.
Important: Get the trophy BEFORE exchanging them because are quest items and they will not carry over in your next playthroughs.
![]() ![]() Defeat the Worshiper |
This will be the third boss you are going to defeat. He uses plenty of area of effect-based attacks when he has half of his life, he will summon enemies. For this boss fight, you will need to repair yourself under some little shrines around the arena, so keep in mind their exact locations.
His attacks are:
- Frontward Bash: He will do two slow-forward swings. If you evade the first attack going behind him he will miss the second swing;
- Twisty Slice: He will do two swings but in the second one he does much more rotating, hitting who is in his back;
- Stunning Smash: He will raise and smash his weapon to the ground, stunning whoever is around him. Stay back or you will be hit by two swings of his weapon while stunned;
- Watch Out Below: He will slam his weapon into the ground. There will be three spikes that will hit you from behind and you will have to be really fast to dodge them (a blue light under your feet will advert you when the spike is going to hit you);
- Eternal Damnation: This is the most dangerous attack so be careful. He will start a sort of “ritual” animation. During this, he will spawn blue pools around the map and have increased defense. These blue pools will damage you if you touch them. After a while, he will slam his weapon into the ground and will instantly kill you unless you stand in one of the shrines;
- Skull Bombs: If you stay far away from him, you will throw at you some skull bombs which explode when they touch the ground. To dodge them, simply roll forward;
- Warcry: He will raise his hands in the air and he will summon two enemies.
Note: if you do this boss fight letting him kill two of his allies, the boss will drop a special weapon needed for the My Private Stash trophy (Clawfinger).
Here is a video that shows this boss fight:

![]() ![]() Defeat the Annihilator |
This will be the eighth boss you will encounter on your way to the final boss. This is the last one of the Rhogar lords.
His attacks are:
- Hammer Throw: His slowest attack that permits you to hit him repeatedly. He will throw his hammer to you and wait for it to come back, simply avoid it when thrown;
- Horizontal Slash: One-handed slash that can stack twice if you stay too close when the first one is performed;
- Four Hits Combo: Two-handed vertical hit, then drags his hammer backward, comes back toward you with an uppercut and finally smash it to the ground. You can dodge the last hit by simply run around him;
- Lighting Ray: He will look at his hammer and glow green, then he will emit a huge explosion that will stun you if watch it, then he will start firing a lightning ray at you. you can avoid this by turning around so you don’t face him. If the ray hits you, you will be stunned and unable to move until it’s over. He does a lot of damages so be careful to be full health when he performs this attack.
Note: If you kill this boss with a lightning weapon (killing blow counts as well), the boss will drop a special weapon needed for the My Private Stash trophy (Lightning).
![]() ![]() Defeat the Commander |
This will be the second boss you are going to defeat. He has several attacks with a long reach and he will often summons enemies to help him during the battle.
His attacks are:
- Shield Smash: He smashes his shield to the ground causing an earthquake that will knock you back. This earthquake causes large stones to fall from the sky. You can avoid them by staying near him while hitting him;
- Forward Lunge: He will jump with his sword in your direction; you can easily dodge it rolling to the side;
- Slash combo: Two slashes which cause damages but are easily dodged rolling or staying away from him;
- Magic wave: He will swing his sword twice creating a magic wave. Easily dodged;
- Ally summon: He will create a shield around him and summon one or two enemies (depends on his life). Quickly kill the spawned enemies because the boss will free him from the shields and attack you;
- Shield Projectiles: He will plant his sword in the ground and hides behind his shield, he will fire five projectiles in the directions he’s facing. You can sit behind him and attack him while he is firing;
- Homing Missiles: He will point his sword at you, and send a ray of energy to you. Cannot hit you if you are close to him so just run at him and hit him.
Here a video which shows this boss fight:
Credit to K1llerM0nkey for the video.
Notes:
- During this fight, you will have the first opportunity to get the
Couldn’t have done it Myself trophy (more details in the related trophy description) if you have previously collected the Shard of the Heroes.
- If you do this boss fight without blocking any attacks, the boss will drop a special weapon needed for the
My Private Stash trophy (Commander Shield).
![]() ![]() Defeat the Guardian |
This can be the seventh boss you will fight if you don’t follow Yetka’s questline and use the left-wing’s stairs to go up. In case you bypass him, you can fight him later on. You can also ask for help to the Deserters if you spared them before, but they will die during the boss fight.
The Guardian‘s attacks are:
- Fireballs: He will raise his swords, then some fireballs will be shot from the burning cauldrons around the arena. You can dodge them easily by jumping out of the way. You can extinguish cauldrons to weaken this attack, but you can’t take the special weapon he drops;
- Dash: He will put both swords behind him and grinds towards the player. when he reaches you, he will do a forward attack and also follow it up with one or two dual-blade strikes;
- Flurry of Fire: If you are close to him, he will do a combo of usually four dual-weapon attacks. You can dodge them without difficulties.
Here a video which shows this boss fight:
Credit to K1llerM0nkey for the video.
Note: If you do this boss fight without extinguishing any of the fire goblets around the arena, the boss will drop a special weapon needed for the My Private Stash trophy (Firewalker).
![]() ![]() Defeat First Warden |
This will be the first boss you are going to defeat.
In NG+, it’s related to the Do Unto Others… trophy and it can be used to get the
Against All Odds trophy as well.
His attacks are slow but heavy and can cause a lot of damage:
- Shield Bash: This attack breaks your guard and drains your energy but doesn’t do damage. It can be avoided staying away from him or rolling back;
- Slash: This attack can be blocked with a shield but it can stacks up to four if you stay close to him. Better avoid it rolling back;
- Shield Bash and Slash: This attack breaks your guard and immediately hits you. He will do this type of attack if you are too close in front of him. It’s hard to avoid and to prevent;
- Sword slam: This is the most dangerous attack because it does a lot of damage, but it’s your opportunity to hit him. When he’s going to slam the sword to the ground, roll to the left and attack him. Be careful because the sword will do a linear shockwave when hits the ground;
- Blade dance: At the end of his life, he will drop his shield and wield his sword with two hands and will start to whirl while attacking. Make sure to be far away from him because these attacks are hard to avoid.
Here a video which shows this boss fight:
Credit to K1llerM0nkey for the video.
Note: If you do this boss fight without getting hit, the boss will drop a special weapon needed for the My Private Stash trophy (Persistence).
![]() ![]() Defeat the Champion |
This is the fifth boss you encounter during the main story. He’s agile and has heavy attacks. Under his health bar, he will have another bar that is the equivalent of his rage. If this bar is fulfilled, he will become enraged and it will do more damage.
His attacks are:
- Charge Attack: He will charge you and if he hits you he will do a lot of damage especially if he’s enraged;
- Wombo Combo: He will do two rapid slashes and an uppercut, this can be blocked but better if dodged;
- Drill Strikes: He will smash the ground and send two underground projectiles that explode when they reach you. You can dodge them by rolling to the side;
- Flaming Knives: When his life is under 50%, his Drill Strikes will become two flaming knives that will reach you fast.
Here a video which shows this boss fight:
Credit to K1llerM0nkey for the video.
Note: If you do this boss fight without getting him enraged (automatic enraging are not counted), the boss will drop a special weapon needed for the My Private Stash trophy (Sting).
![]() ![]() Defeat the Infiltrator |
This will be the fourth boss you will have to defeat. This boss is slow but has heavy attacks. He can regenerate his health but is weak to fire weapons. During this fight, stay away from the middle of the arena, because there will be some little blue spheres that drain your magic.
His attacks are:
- Slash and Slam: If you stay close to him he will do three slashes, a couple of horizontal slices, and a last one vertical whack. Trigger this attack and when is going to do it stay back from him and when he’s going to slam his claw get near to him and hit him;
- Stunning blades: If you are not close to him he will throw two blades that if they hit you, they will stun you. You can easily dodge them;
- Leap: If you are too far away from him, he will jump towards you, doing great damage. This attack is hard to dodge;
