Paw Patrol World is an open-world story game where you have to take down the evil mayor and save the pup festival. Here is our Paw Patrol World Review.

The game was developed by 3DClouds and published by Outright Games Ltd., it was released on September 29, 2023, for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.

Get ready to explore the world of Paw Patrol in this open-world game as you go through the missions trying to take down a blimp from the evil Mayor Humdinger who wants to stop your Paw Patrol festival and make his own cat-themed one. The story is not bad, especially for a kid’s game it’s a pleasant surprise and kind of engaging, but sadly the gameplay is a bit less good in more ways than one.

For the gameplay you kind of need to turn on some settings to make it flow a bit better, like the skip dialogue option for some unnecessary dialogue and also some quality options like being able to move the camp from left to right. I personally also turned on the option to auto-switch the pups for a better gameplay flow. Some of these options should have been turned on from the start in my opinion, but when I did turn those on the gameplay hindrance was gone and I started having a lot more fun.

The other problem I had with the game was that the game gets really repetitive after a while, each mission is kind of the same and you do the same things over and over again, but for kids, this is fine and not really a problem. This game really is a teaching tool for kids to get into games, and it does a perfect job.

Visually the game is fine, nothing extremely out of the ordinary, but not an unpleasant experience in the slightest, there are a few worlds that all have their own cool look to them and I assume they are recreations of the show and they all are kinda the same in some ways but also feel completely their own.

Repetitive for adults, but an absolute must play for any parent with kids who wants to get their kid into video games.
