Welcome to the Super Destronaut DX-2 Trophy Guide!
Test your abilities with the challenges or try to beat your high score in the arcade modes.
This game is developed by Petite Games and released by Ratalaika Games.
Roadmap:
Before going further, this game, unfortunately, has some annoying settings. If you want to ease your platinum road and save yourself from useless deaths, go into the “Setting” menu and deactivate bloom, chromatic aberration, and screen shake settings.
Step 1: Challenges
During this step, your main goal will be to reach at least a bronze rank in the first 10 challenges and at least 1 gold rank.
For the platinum, you only need to complete the first 2 worlds that are composed of 5 challenges each.Â
While doing them, die at least once and destroy a battlecruiser for the 2 miscellaneous trophies as well.

Step 2: Arcade ModesÂ
Now it’s time to explore and reach the required scores in the different arcade modes the game offers.
Your score goals need to be:
- 120k points in Classic Mode;
- 15k points in Time Attack Mode;
- 35k points in the Time Rush Mode;
- 35k points in Bullet Mode;
- 5k points in Hardcore Mode.

This trophy pops once you die at least once during a playthrough. You can only die during, classic, time attack, and hardcore modes.
 Cruise Detroyer Kill one battlecruiser |
This trophy pops once you destroy one one the spaceships that occasionally travel from right to left during a game.
This spaceships usually give give powerups upon destruction, but they will also drop extra bullets when you are running a bullet mode run.

 Leo Reach to 120K points in Classic Mode |
Classic mode is the first arcade mode you can find. You have 3 lives and you need to defeat infinite waves of alien spaceships until you die.
To reach the score goal of 120k, you need to keep quickly destroying enemies without getting hit to maintain the multiplier up.
It might need a couple of tries but 120k points are easy to reach.

Time attack is the second arcade mode available.
In this mode, you start with 30 seconds and you have to clear a wave to get extra time. Be quick but be careful too as losing health will make you lose precious seconds.
However, you should have no trouble reaching the score of 15k points if you keep up the multiplier.

 Cetus Reach 35K in Time Rush |
Time rush is the third arcade mode available.
In this mode, you will have 90 seconds to kill as many enemies as possible and reach the goal score of 35k points.
You can’t die but you can still lose your multiplier if you get hit so be careful.

Bullet mode is the fourth arcade mode available.
Here, you will have a counted number of bullets but you can one-shot everything. Be sure not to waste bullets and destroy the spaceships that travel from right to left to gain extra ammo.
If you want to or you are having hard times with this mode, you can keep crashing against enemies to kill them. However, it will take time to reach 35k points.
You will have to reach the goal score of 35k.
 Eridanus Reach 5K in Hardcore Mode |
Hardcore mode is the last arcade mode available. Here you will have 3 lives but enemies are tougher than classic mode. However, reaching the score goal of 5k points will be a walk in the park.

To get this trophy you need to access the challenges menu and select world 1.
Like all the other ones, this world is composed of 5 challenges and you will have to at least gain a bronze rank on each one to consider it completed.

To get this trophy you need to access the challenges menu and select world 2.
Like all the other ones, this world is composed of 5 challenges and you will have to at least gain a bronze rank on each one to consider it completed.

This trophy can be obtained while doing challenges from one of the six worlds of the game.
Each world has 5 challenges with bronze, silver, and gold ranks and you will need to get gold in at least one challenge.
They are not hard and it will require little effort to always get a gold rank.
For information purposes, here a list of the goal scores to reach gold ranks in the first 10 challenges:
- World 1-1 gold at 15k;
- World 1-2 gold at 12k;
- World 1-3 gold at 12k;
- World 1-4 gold at 10k;
- World 1-5 gold at 15k.
- World 2-1 gold at 25k;
- World 2-2 gold at 30k;
- World 2-3 gold at 25k;
- World 2-4 gold at 18k;
- World 2-5 gold at 20k.
