After finishing inside at the Crime Scene you will move outside and automatically question Mr. Willis –

Big red wrench Recover Jack’s wrench

You need to collect the Big red wrench and take it to Jack.
Make sure that you do not select the Green wrench from within the Toolbox

• Move Right and talk to Jack (The Mechanic) with
• Select “1. What’s the issue with the car?”
• Select “2. How long will it take you to fix it?”
• Select “1. Alright”
• Move Right and Interact with the Tool Box between the cars to discover it is locked
• Move Left and talk to Jack again with
• Move Left and Interact with the Shovel in the corner of the garage
• Move Right and Interact with the Tool Box again ()
• Select “1. Take Big Red Wrench”
• Move Left and give the Wrench to Jack () ( Big red wrench Unlocked)

No stone unturned Talk to everyone on the 1st day

Every time you have the option to press after interacting with a person you will need to do so.
You will only be likely to miss certain people along Main Street, so ensure you talk top everyone there.

If this does not unlock by the time you reach Overlook Road, or the Hotel, you will need to start again for it to unlock

Nightmare Survive the sleep paralysis experience

You will achieve this automatically after proceeding through the Hotel Room sequence and going to bed.

Thorough Examine every object in Chris and Diane’s room

Inside Chris & Diane’s room you will need to interact with every item available.
As per the walkthrough –

• Interact with the Mirror
• Select “1. Kind of”
• Interact with the Drawer Unit, the Photo of Chris and Diane, the Bedside Unit, the Picture on the wall above the Bed & the Bed
• Move more to the right and Interact with the Bedside Unit, then the Photo on the table by the window, the Waste Paper Bin, the Bookshelf, the Radio & the Notice Board

Fireworks Meet Diane for the first time

This will be earned automatically as the scene progresses during your initial flashback with Chris & Diane.

A damn fine cup of coffee Get coffee at Mark’s cafe

There are a number of different time you visit Mark’s Café, so ensure you grab a coffee at every opportunity.
This trophy unlocks in the walkthrough when you grab a coffee for yourself and your colleagues. 

Not just trench coats Change clothes at the motel

Obtained automatically by interacting with the Drawers Unit in the Hotel Room.
You will need to Interact with the Drawer Unit in order to get you Sleeping Clothes on, so that you can go to bed.
It doesn’t matter what item of clothing you select, as this will pop when you first interact with it.

Trade-off Recover the photo from the puppy

The cheeky little puppy! He wants more than just a bone…..
Mark will tell you where a bone is for you to offer to the dog, but the randy old man at the bakery will get you a doughnut to offer a trade…..

You will need to fix the boat as part of the Story. This is a bit backwards & forwards with things, but is easily done if you think about it.
